Please note – Seed can be ordered and delivered year round. Plants can be ordered year round but will only be delivered the following spring-summer season (Sept-Dec).
Poppies Direct orders get sent directly to us when you check out after shopping. An order confirmation email will then be sent automatically to you.
We will also accept fax, email and phone orders but these must be clearly written out and payment arranged (see payment options below).
We aim to dispatch all seed orders within a week. During the peak season (Sept – Jan) orders may take a little longer as all plants are also dispatched at this time.
Delivery Options
Please note that delivery costs are additional and are not included in the pricing of our products.
Seed Orders will be delivered via Standard NZ parcel post at a flat rate of $2.50. All plants will be delivered via courier over the peak season. Prices and courier rates are subject to change.

Payment Options
All payment for online orders is taken via cheque or direct bank deposit.
Orders sent in by phone, fax, or email can be payed either by cheque or direct bank deposit, however as with all payments your order will not be sent until payment has been cleared.
- If paying by direct bank deposit you will need to specify this on your order so we can send you the details.

Payment for seed orders is required upon receiving email order confirmation and payment details. Payment for plant orders and plant postage & packaging can be paid in Sept-Jan when you are notified via email that your order is ready for dispatch.
Returns Policy
We guarantee all plants and seed to be of good quality at time of dispatch.
There a numerous reasons for which poppies may not thrive or may die in your garden. We
have no control over where you plant and we have no way of ascertaining how well your
poppies have been cared for. Hence we can offer no guarantee they will thrive.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the condition of your order please contact us to
discuss immediately.
